When Corbin got home last Thursday from his mission to Russia, the Deans and the Bunkers took the whole next day to be together including a trip to the Newport temple (ours was closed) and lunch and going downtown to President Ellsworth office to be released, and whatever else they did. So I got the privilege of entertaining these two darlings, Avery and Austin. Austin didn't like sitting in his own chair he wanted to cuddle up to Avery while they watched the Backyardigans. He was mostly happy all day as long as he had a car in his hand. We spent hours (literally) on making these pretzels. Avery treated her dough more like play dough. So we had creatures and lumpy things, circles and snakes instead of real pretzels (but they tasted the same).

I cant believe how much Corbin looks like Brandon. And, Dad you are looking very slim, too.
I can't believe Corbin is 21!! I'm sure having those two cuties around helps with the grandkid withdrawls huh?
I can't believe I'm just seeing this post now. Thank you again for being so wonderful to the kids that day. I've never thanked you for the home made pretzels. They were SO yummy. They didn't last long. You set the bar REALLY high for future babysitters. We'll be expecting other platefuls of food now when we pick up our kids at sitters. :o) Ha! Thanks again!! That was such a great day with Corbin, I loved it!
