What do you do when it rains?

Enough about toliet jello and lack of T.P.  On to something more intriguing than the last blog (although the discussion was great guys!)  We've had some wonderful bean dishes as of late - including a yummy carne asada burrito that we fixed for the Button family who stayed with us this weekend. (Lots more to say on the BEAN episode yet to come) Yahoo it was fun, in spite of the rainy weather.  So what do you do when
 it rains?

They all made their very own necklace and wore them the whole weekend.

We ate lots of pizza of course
Celebrated Berni and Ryans birthdays (Feb 17th & 18th) with a yummy chocolate cake
Calvin had torture duty this day.  They ALL loved that.  And poor Calvin and Becky endured endless kid dancing, singing and talking and a certain  5 year olds BIG crush on Becky.
But Calvin competed for her attention --and WON.  Surprise surprise with a wink like that - you go Coobie!
Ryan was VERY engaged in this exciting movie we were all watching... yes, eyes firmly fixed, tensed up posture, gaping mouth..  he could hardly contain it all!   (whoda thunk you could snore with your eyes open)??  Poor guy.
Thanks for yet another great memory Button clan!
P.S. Ryan we love you!!!

I want to go visit the Buttons! I loved those cute, sweet kids. I want to get to know them better. I am glad they were able to come.

Come on down!! If you can handle the craziness that is. Mom and pop are getting pretty good.

Thanks for the wonderful weekend. It was worth the drive, and that says a lot!!
